Two decades of designing, building, and running production software, offered three ways: as a build, as products you can download, or as leadership you can hire.
Media Lantern has been building software since 2007. In that time the tools have changed completely and the job has not: understand the problem, choose an architecture you can live with, and ship something that survives contact with real users.
We work in three modes. We build products for clients, from web and mobile applications to backend platforms and AI systems. We design and ship our own desktop apps, which is how we stay honest about what the last ten percent of a release actually costs. And we lead technology for founders and executives who need senior judgment without a full-time hire, including The Overhaul Lab, our AI transformation practice.
The common thread is seniority. You work directly with the people doing the work, from the first call through to production and past it. AI accelerates what we do; senior review still decides what ships.
Whether it is a build, a product question, or a leadership gap, the first step is the same.
A working session, not a sales pitch.
